Position: Customer Support Specialist
Required Languages: different language combinations (see below)
Location
: Hybrid 

What languages are needed to join?

We are looking for candidates with one of the following language combinations:

  • Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian together with Bulgarian
  • Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian together with Slovenian
  • Macedonian together with Albanian and Kosovarian
  • At least a B2 level of English is mandatory (spoken, written, and reading)

 

What skills are needed to join?

  • You have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • You are customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • You have good IT skills and can efficiently use different tools to document customer interactions.

Nice to have: 

  • Previous experience in the Cosmetics or Luxury sector.
  • Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service.

What you need to do?

  • Support and advise customers by answering their questions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and actions in the system.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
