Position: Customer Support Specialist
Required Languages: different language combinations (see below)
Location: Hybrid
What languages are needed to join?
We are looking for candidates with one of the following language combinations:
- Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian together with Bulgarian
- Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian together with Slovenian
- Macedonian together with Albanian and Kosovarian
- At least a B2 level of English is mandatory (spoken, written, and reading)
What skills are needed to join?
- You have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- You are customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a team.
- You have good IT skills and can efficiently use different tools to document customer interactions.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in the Cosmetics or Luxury sector.
- Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
What you need to do?
- Support and advise customers by answering their questions via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and actions in the system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
