Position: Customer Service Agent (Croatian / English)
Required Languages: English and Croatian

TP in Zagreb


What skills are needed to join?

  • You have an advanced level of English in spoken and written.
  • You have a native level of Croatian.
  • Experience in Customer Service roles
  • You have good knowledge of computer and smartphone use.
  • You like communicating on the phone.

What you need to do?

  • Support and advise clients by answering their questions over the phone.
  • Inform and advise on products and services.
  • Answer calls and e-mail for the client.
  • Clearly identify customer concerns and offer acceptable solutions.
  • Manage and document actions and processes in the software.
